Counting Features

The “ADD” function can be used to count multiple stacks of bills without needing a calculator. Press “Start” to count a new stack of bills and the “ADD” button to add the quantity of several stacks of bills to the total count.

Security Thread Detection

Every modern bill has integrated UV security features that only appear under ultraviolet light at a certain frequency. The DT5 is designed to help you verify these features and identify counterfeit bills. Press the UV/WM button to activate the ultraviolet light.

Watermark Detection

Indian Carrancy And Many More countries’ money printed after 1996 has an embedded watermark portrait which mirrors the picture in the center of the bill. Press the UV/WM button twice to activate the watermark light. Hold the bill over the light to see the watermark.
